Folks -

	One of the letters submitted to the TCP-Digest for publication
consisted primarily of (shudder) a quote from ComputerWorld Magazine.
While I have seen other Digests and moderated mailing lists publish
letters which were mostly just quotes from some free-press (and
Copyrighted!) source, I had not really thought about it much.

	However, considering the current furor because of ComputerWorld
publishing parts of the TCP-Digest, I wanted to hold off on including
this letter.  Is there any policy about how to deal with this kind of
thing?  How does everybody else feel?
