UCB-C70 is now up

We had hardware problems with the BBN C70 which caused our ARPAnet connection
to be down for most of the last week, but these appear to be solved.  The
message you are now reading was indeed routed through the C70...

Thus, moderators should not temporarily remove Berkeley addresses from their
distribution lists.

Sorry for any inconvenience, but hardware will be hardware.
