INFO-VMS mailing list creation

It is obvious that it is time to create INFO-VMS.  I think it would be
nice if some VMS system would support it, but until someone volunteers,
I will get it started.  Please send a note to Samuelson@SANDIA if you
want to be on the list.  I will be out of town until Thursday, Jan 21,
but will make up the list on that date from all the responses I get by
then.  If someone with a VMS system on the net volunteers I will send
the list to them.  Lets give the UNIX guys a break, they have enough
problems of their own, just like anybody who runs VMS does!

On Thursday, Jan 21, I will send a note to everybody on the list,
wherever it will live, announcing it.  Fair enough?
