DZ again
The DZ serving tty24-31 flaked again about an hour ago.  This time it
was input, not output, that broke.  No idea whether it affected the
one on tty32-39;  tty08-15 and tty16-23 were definitely unaffected.
I was so ticked off at having it happen in the middle of an edit that
I forgot to take a dump.  The CSRG line does not appear to have been
in use at the time, although I didn't do an immediate ps so I'm not
quite certain.

Anyone who runs into this in the future is requested to PLEASE take
a dump;  the problem cannot be blamed on a specific DZ, and I don't
yet have enough evidence to blame anything else.
