OK, I'll decree a decision here to settle the flames so we can get back
to whatever it was we were doing back before we spent to much energy
worrying about what to call a newsgroup.

It will be net.micro.  For now let's put everything in net.micro and if
you want subgroups for, say, net.micro.trs80, fine.  I suggest that things
unrelated to one specific system, such as personal computers as a whole
or z8000/68000 tradeoffs, should go in the parent group net.micro anyway.
