What the......

What the hell is "net.flame" and "net.crap"?  For one thing, I don't really
want to read that silly garbage.  For another thing, there are already too
many newsgroups (see Mark's letter about B's "death") without people
coming along and creating their own newsgroups without even announcing
them.  

If you're going to create a newsgroup, I think it should somehow be 
REQUIRED that it be announced and "voted in", before creation is 
allowed.
