I think the Ellsberg case mentioned by Paul was the trial of Daniel Ellsberg
for giving the Pentagon Papers to the New York Times, Washington Post, etc.
It was tried in Southern California in 1970 or 1971 by Judge Matthew Byrne
(sp?) and tossed out due to prosecutorial misconduct.
