net.misc group?
Some time ago, Matt Glickman (I think) proposed a net.misc group that
could be used for miscellaneous things.  I think that such a group would
be a good thing to establish.  With such a group it might be possible to
exchange information on topics that might not be of interest to the
general user community (i.e. net.general), and if interest in a topic
proved sufficient, then perhaps a new newsgroup could be formed.
