S arrives
/usr/s  is the bulk (and it's quite a bit of bulk) of the S statistics
language's working parts.  It is owned by the new system login name "s"
and has been processed to write-protect vulnerable files.  "s" gets
mail whenever a user sets himself up to use S.

S is present on a strictly experimental basis;  without a couple of
modest additions to our hardware configuration, it is likely to ve
very very slow.
