the great dz glitch
For unknown reasons, about 15 minutes ago all terminals on DZ #0 stopped
responding to input, although output continued to work.  The bits in the
CSR appeared to be proper.  I looked at the CSR and input buffer register,
scratched my head, sent out a please-sign-off-so-we-can-reboot apb -- and
the damn thing started working again!  What it was that restarted it, I
don't know.
