update(8) cache activated
Added some arguments to the /etc/rc activation of update(8) so that it
will hold certain directories open (this has the side effect of keeping
their inodes in core, which is the intent of this feature).  This may
improve performance somewhat at times.  Killed the existing instance of
update and started up a new one with the arguments.
