backup times
Note that we have shortened the time allotted for the daily backups and
slightly lengthened the time for the weekly one on Sunday.  The dailies
have been consistently running undertime and the weekly has run slightly
overtime two weeks in a row.  So the system is out of service slightly
longer Sunday evening but not as long weekday evenings.
