drive configuration
I have removed the /dev entries for the second 300-meg drive, but I believe
I will leave the second drive in the system's configuration table.  This
does no harm (beyond eating up about 75 bytes of kernel space) and lets us
drop a second drive into the system at any time in the future without
having to rebuild Unix.
