ldiv and lrem again
It seems that in the course of fixing the ldiv and lrem routines (C runtime
support routines which do long-int divide and remainder) we also managed to
eliminate the known bug in which these routines fail when the dividend is
the largest negative number!  At least, I can't duplicate said bug any more.
