include file mess
The rationalization of the include files in /usr/include/sys with the
ones in /usr/sys/h some time ago appears to have produced one latent
problem that has just reared its head:  the two versions of pk.h were
quite different.  For the moment, /usr/include/sys/pk.h is the version
from /usr/include/sys;  /usr/include/sys/pk.kernel.h is the one from
/usr/sys/h .
