send(1) smarter
Send(1) has been smartened up -- now it only prompts if its input
is a terminal.  This makes it more convenient to edit a news item
before sending it:  one simply puts the title as the first line,
and runs it into "send" after finishing editing.  Send and some
other tidied-up user interfaces to news(1) will shortly acquire
their own manual page.
