I see no reason to cry wolf over a marketing survey.  Especially in the
case of DEC's survey, I'm sure we all agree it will benefit us all.
After all, they are asking what WE want.  Certainly it's much less
objectionable than net.jokes.q.

I would like to adopt the policy someone suggested that we require the
results of the survey to be posted once they are gathered (we might
put a time limit of one month to prevent groups from waiting until the
finished product is available) and otherwise no restrictions unless
it really becomes a problem.
