Duplicate Articles?

In the past several weeks, we have been getting a large number of
duplicate, triplicate, etc., articles.  There appears to be no single
newsgroup or set of newsgroups affected.  We get 99% of our news
from decvax.  None of the duplicate items has originated here or
at our other news exchange system.  We run A news (V. 1.4); I think
decvax is also still running A.

Anyone else notice the problem and/or got any ideas?
