I've noticed that we've gotten a lot of duplicates too (ie., SIX!!!!! copies
of fa.poli-sci digest V2 #43).  We're running B news.  Also, none of the 
duplicates came from us or connecting sites.  

I'd also welcome any ideas about what's going on
