If fiche listing of sources were equivalent to machine readable up-to-date
sources I would never have made the comment.  At the last couple of DECUSes
(DECI?) we fought DEC over the source changes to TOPS-20 and they have
agreed to distribute source changes with autopatch tapes in the future.
We need sources for VMS and we need them for the current version, not
for 2.0 when 2.4 is in the field.
