No Netnews; reply to Andy
The reason for no netnews had nothing to do with Henry and I being
away, but was due to decvax being down (decvax is the place we poll to
get our news).  Henry found out about this while we were in California,
and I phoned Zoology to relate the information.

The system is designed for users; sometimes there are problems that
we have no control over.
