Demons reading news
We have some demons, trolls, or gremlins reading news here.  Apparently,
readnews catches SIGHUP (y/n?) in a similar fashion as it catches SIGINT.
When some poor soul with CALL WAITING on his home data line gets blipped
off by an inconsiderate incoming call, readnews remains reading. The next
unsuspecting victim that logs in on that port finds himself reading news,
and more horribly, has `become' the previous user (harware setuid?)!!!
One night there were four of these gremlins romping around, and nary a
soul, save myself, was logged in!    HEEEeeellllppp!!!!!
