Where is B+ news?
I just ran into that auto-zero of .newsrc that was mentioned earlier.  I
also just manually killed a readnews running with no user on that port.
Is someone going to tackle these problems?  Should we be directing the
problem specifics to net.news or a real person?  When fixed, will there
be a `general' distribution package sent out?  What is the feeling on
these issues?
