Forwarding newsgroup "general".
We have two tightly coupled systems (via PCL),
to the extent that we want the "general" newsgroup to be identical
on both systems.  Therein lies the rub.  Our sys file has the entries:

sys1:all
sys2:all::(something like net) -sys2 rnews

All groups seem to be getting through, even local local newsgroups,
EXCEPT general.  Is this a special case somewhere?
If so, where ... on the transmit side, or the receive side?
