The problem with vtroff on a 22" Versatek is easily solved by changing
parameters to vcat and side-by-side if one desires several 8.5"X11" pages
as output.  However, suppose one desires to obtain a 11X14.25 page (or so)
for later reduction.  How is this obtained (vtroff has a habit of stopping
printing characters on a (evidently rigidly enforced) right margin of
7.75".
