inews -u filename bug
     I've found a bug concerning the -u filename option of inews.
If a path longer than 14 characters is specified, the user name
(destined for the "From:" line) gets clobbered.  The cause is that
only 15 bytes (including space for the terminating null) is allocated
for the filename.
