chocolate chip pie review
Since all good cooking columns should have a reviewer,
i offer the following review of yesterday's chocolate chip pie ...
The pie was indeed excellent! as well as easy to make 
with the possible exception of the crust.  It was (the dough) 
sticky and hard to handle.
The following article contains our favorite crust recipe, which like that 
in the chocolate chip pie recipe, avoids the use of animal
fats.
