pie crust
1 cp flour
1/2 tea. salt
1/3 cp +  1 T. crisco solid shortening
2 - 3 T. cold water

Measure flour and salt into bown;
cut in shortening until mixture resembles small peas.
sprinkle with water;
gather dough into bowl, knead 2 or 3 times on floured surface.
