(Usually poor quality ink, too.) This is almost as bad as bad pressings; the cover/liner is there to protect the album; and what good is a record after you can't read the notes? I've always been suspect of the freebie companies. By the way, a similar story holds for many of the book clubs; you get 'special editions' printed on cheaper stock, or just 'outtakes/overruns'.... chris
