Pound in garlic salt and flour. Cut in squares. Brown in oil. Add 2 cups water, chicken soup, 2 pinches sweet basil, paprika. Simmer for 2 hours. Add mushrooms and sour cream at last minute. Serves 8. Good with white rice on the side.
