vc303 vs termcap
Changed /etc/termcap to incorporate the Berkeley descriptions for the
vc303 and vc303a.  These are pretty much identical to the old ones except
that they are better at getting the delays right and they do scrolling by
multiple newlines.  The latter is because the screen-clear sequences do
not work right at 9600 baud (it is alleged...).
