It does not do any good to wait before eating, since eating only adds
a fixed amount to the amount of food in your stomach, it doesn't reset
it to a given value.  On the other hand, since your stomach can onlyh
hold so much, don't just eat it all at once or it will be wasted.

The ring of slow indigestion causes you to digest food more slowly.
Several other very useful rings eat themselves, causing you to get
hungry more often.
