VAX compatibility mode floating point
A couple of years ago while at U. of Pitt. I wrote a compatibility
mode package which was distributed through USENIX and is also on
the Berkely 4.x distributions (chess uses it). Unfortunately I never
had the time to finish the floating point simulation although it was
sketched out. Rumor has it that someone has finished it. Can someone
please tell me who it was and where I can get a copy of the changes.
