Mexican cookbook
In response to an earlier question, a Mexican cookbook we like
is "Better Homes and Gardens Mexican Cook Book".  It has the
advantages of being easy to follow, it mentions substitute
ingredients (important if you're in Nuevo Jersey instead of
Nuevo Mexico) and, subjectively, the results are delicious.
