Another good semi-vegi cookbook is the "More with Less Cookbook" (Author?),
put out by a group of Pennsylvania Mennonites.  It's highly useful for
us omnivores, has lots of whole-food recipes, is good reading,
and is spiral-bound, which makes it stay flat on the counter.  May be hard
to find;  I can get publisher's name if anyone needs it.
