news polling
It seems I must repeat myself:  despite Andy's implicit allegations,
WE DO NOT NORMALLY POLL DECVAX DURING WORKING HOURS.  Last night's
poll in fact ended at about 0100.  Why it took news so long to get all
the articles into the news database I do not know, although it is worth
mentioning that we are getting a lot of news just now because we were
essentially incommunicado all last week.  This is IN NO WAY a result of
deliberate policy.

It is agreed that we need a higher-performance news program.  I'm
trying to do something about this;  please be patient.

I hope this ends the flaming.
