Usenet<->Arpanet mail
People reading the network news or corresponding with friends elsewhere
should be aware that it is not possible to send mail from the uucp network
to the Arpanet;  the Berkeley gateway specifically forbids mail traffic
in that direction.  The reasons for the restriction are partly past problems
with excessive internet traffic and partly policy questions of who has
access to the Arpanet.  Mail coming FROM the Arpanet gets through fine,
but there is no way to reply to it.
