documentation...
Nobody argues that there should be better written documentation;  the
problem is that somebody has to write it.  Everything actually is
documented, but in a very terse reference-manual form ill-suited to
new users.  We've been working for some time on better documentation
covering at least the most commonly-used things and expect to issue
a new-users documentation package shortly.  Don't expect miracles,
though;  we are too short-staffed to get everything just the way we'd
like it any time soon.
