Queen of Sheba is, of course, wonderful.  Even better if you add currants.
I soaked them in brandy and a little Sabra, and used that liquor
instead of the rum/coffee in the recipe. fold the currants in last.
(I hear someone asking how much/many currants.  I used not quite enough,
so use a little more than that)
