T-boxen and hunt groups.
We recently extended the availability of t-boxen to a graduate terminal
room.  This has resulted in a lot of complains about the message
"no response from unit".  This is apparently caused by the fact that
the hunt group logic has run off then end and tried to access a non-existent
address.  Dumb! Dumb!! Dumb!!!
	Localnet needs a facility to designate the end of a hunt group.
I hope something is in the legendary 2.19G.  Our current hopes for this
release is end of next month (also end of term, etc....).
