More about Elena
I finally found my copy of the Mexican Cookbook I mentioned yesterday.
It is "Elena's Secrets of Mexican Cooking" by Elena Zelayeta, published
by Doubleday Dolphin Books, 1973.  We bought our copy new
less than two years ago, so it may or may not be still in print.
Other of her books include "Elena's Famous Mexican and Spanish Recipe's"
and "Elena's Fiesta Recipes".
