shoo fly recipe?
While on a recent trip to Philadelphia, I had a piece of
*shoo fly* or *shoo fly pie*, as it is apparently also
called.  It tastes similiar to gingerbread with a sugar
topping.  Does anybody out there have a good recipe for
this?
