Aharpo.306 net.cooks utzoo!decvax!ucbvax!ihnss!houxi!npois!harpo!mmp Mon Feb 8 21:00:31 1982 Vermicelli Salad Here's a variation on macaroni salad, serves 10-12. 12 oz. vermicelli 5 hard cooked eggs, chopped 1 cup finely chopped celery 1/3 cup sweet relish 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise salt to taste 8-10 oz. cooked shrimp (frozen baby shrimp work well) Break vermicelli in half and cook as directed. Drain. When cool add all other ingredients except shrimp. Mix and refrigerate. Add shrimp just before serving, sprinkle with paprika. Michelle Peetz harpo!mmp
