Roquefort Dressing
Since the topic of bleu cheese came up (see Autilio, "Buffalo Wings")
I'll shift gears a bit and give a recipe for the best roquefort
dressing in the world.

	16 oz 	sour cream
	16 oz	mayonnaise
	1.75 oz roquefort cheese
	<tsp	white vinegar
	<tsp	lemon juice
	1-2 tbs Dijon mustard
		Parsley

	Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and
	lemon juice until it has a wonderfully creamy
	texture.  Add the mustard to taste.  (More and
	it's sharper, less and the taste of the mayonnaise
	will be stronger.)  Break or crumble the cheese
	to an appropriate size and add.  Add parsley intil
	it looks right.

	Store it in the coldest part of the fridge.
