adm5 termcap
I know this probably doesn't apply to most of you, but the adm3a
requires ":nc" in its termcap to avoid braindamage.
It seems that space is nondestructive between CR and LF.
Of course, if you have :nc in the adm3a, you must include :nc@ in both
the adm3a+ and adm5 entries.  They don't suffer from this.
