I can dig up a recipe for Baklava for you, if you like, but you
may not want it. It's a wonderful dish, but I usually allocate
at least 3 hours to make it ..... there are about 48 layers
of filo dough involved, each to be covered with melted butter 
as it is placed in the pan.....
