Yes, I just installed the code for a TELEVIDEO 950. If you use it as a
TELEVIDEO 912 (as far as EMACS is concerned), you will be OK, however
the TVI950 does not need padding, therefore it supports %TOLID (which
was disabled for the TVI912). Other than that the terminal codes are
identical. 

If you don't have TECO.MID.1185 or later then you don't have TVI950
code. It's a fairly recent addition.
