Plea for universal measures
Please, when you are sending a recipe to net.cooks, try to avoid measures
such as "1 stick of butter" or "1 container sour cream".  Sticks and
containers are not the same everywhere!  I, for example, have the choice
of buying sour cream in 1/4, 1/2, 1-pint, or even 1 qt containers -- 
Canadian pints, of course!  And although I can take a fair guess at some
quantities, others can be a complete mystery.  Thanking you all in
advance and looking forward to more yummy recipes,
