DZ ping-pong continues
The 6th DZ is back on the bus again, this time for good I hope.  If no
serious problems show themselves, I'll see about activating it.

/6unix is a Unix with a 6-DZ DZ driver, plus some other internal cleanup
in the driver.  Including a piece of code intended to prevent attempts
to poll modem status on not-in-use DZs, which should eliminate the
driver's current habit of crashing the system if the hardware
configuration is not exactly the way it thinks it is, and a limit check
so that if we ever again get the infinite-loop problem that brought us
down a week ago, the driver will report it and try to turn off the
troublesome DZ.
