Call it a bug, or call it a feature, the -t option of readnews
updates an entire group, not just the articles that have a title
that contains the string you are searching for.  If my .newsrc file
gets stomped on I just use the -t option to search for articles
that contain a clear screen, or reasonable equivalent...
